Winter Training Programs

12-Week Winter Conditioning
Classes are offered Monday and Tuesday mornings at 6am or Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm. You can attend 1 or 2 days/week, however you must commit to the entire program as each week builds on the previous. There will be no drop-in options for this class. 
Typical Class Format:
0-10: Dynamic Warm Up
10-35: Progressive Plyometric Program (Power)
35-50: Functional Conditioning (Strength & Stability)
50-60: Flexibility
Dates: 12/5 - 2/23
Cost: 2 days/week - $200 ~ 1 day/week - $120

14-Week Winter Cycling
This is an indoor cycling program designed to improve cycling strength and power. We will focus on improving pedaling technique, force production, and muscular endurance. Drop-ins are welcome, but pre-registered participants have priority scheduling. Space is limited to 7 stationary spinning bikes (addition of 2 more with your own bike on an indoor trainer). Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9am.
Dates: 11/30 - 3/3
Cost: 2 days/week - $250 ~ 1 day/week - $140

Our Instructors

Jen Mathe: Jen has been coaching and teaching in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She combines her education in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine with her experience as an athlete and coach to create fun, challenging, and effective workouts.

Julie Visger: Julie has a passion for fitness and is excited to teach others to lead healthier lives. She uses her experience as an athlete to create focused workouts that get results.
